From mould design to series production
Mould design is perfected with CAD/CAM/CAE tools to reduce manufacturing time and guarantee quality. Large conventional milling machines, CNC machining centres of various sizes and wire-cutting machines produce your tooling.
Once your part has been validated as a prototype or small series, it is ready for industrial production. Our sister company TECHNIPRODUCT, specialised in injection moulds, optimises your production for quality and speed, in line with your specifications.

Frequently asked questions
From what quantity is injection moulding worthwhile?
Usually from a few hundred parts. The mould is an initial investment, but the unit price then becomes very low, up to large series of 1,000,000 parts.
How long does it take to make a mould?
Typically a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the part and the number of cavities, followed by first samples (T1) for your approval before production.
Do you produce in Europe or in China?
Both. We recommend Europe for proximity and medium series, and China for high volumes and the most competitive unit prices. Our Hong Kong team follows production on the ground.
Which processes do you offer besides plastic injection?
Metal die casting, 2-shot moulding, overmoulding, multi-cavity moulds, extrusion, injection blow moulding and thermoforming.
How do you check quality?
Parts are inspected against your drawings, with photos and inspection reports before shipment from the factory.
