Rapid prototyping is our core business: most prototypes ship within a few working days. The exact lead time depends on the technology, size, quantity and finishing, and is stated in your quote.
SLA for smooth, detailed appearance models; SLS or MJF for strong functional nylon parts; FDM for engineering thermoplastics such as PEEK or ULTEM; SLM for dense metal parts. Send us your files and we will recommend the best option.
Up to 1,200 × 800 × 800 mm in one piece in SLA. Larger parts are printed in several sections and assembled.
Depending on the technology, accuracy ranges from about ± 0.1 mm (SLM) to ± 0.3 mm (SLS). Critical dimensions can be finished by CNC machining.
Yes. With SLM we print aluminium, stainless steel, Inconel and titanium, for complex geometries that are difficult or impossible to machine.
